What are The Belly Boxes?

The Belly Boxes is a pregnancy subscription box service which sends a monthly box delivered right to the expecting mamas doorstep packed with healthy products, maternity apparel + must haves for mama & baby all tailored to their due date! 

What's inside the box each month?

Each month we handpick and select a box just for you tailored to your due date! Depending on which trimester you are in boxes will include items such as essential oils, motherhood apparel, milestone cards, ultrasound frames, a pregnancy journal, onesies for your little one, spa and beauty products, jewelry & much more!

How long does it take to receive my first box?

If you subscribe between the 1st and the 10th of the month your first box will ship between the 15th and 18th! You will then renew on the 25th to ensure you get your next box with our regular shipment the following month. After you receive your first box all of your other boxes will ship between the 4th & 8th with our regualr shipment and you will renew on the 15th of the month.

If you subscribe between the 11th and the last day of the month your first box will ship with our regular scheduled shipment, which is between the 4th and 8th of the upcoming month! You will then renew on the 15th of each month for the remainder of your subscription.

How long does it take to receive my box each month after I have received my first box?

Your box will be shipped out between the 4th and 8th of each month!  You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way! If located in the United States you should receive your box an estimated 5 to 7 business days after it has shipped! All international orders are shipped via DHL and have an estimated 8 to 11 business days for delivery. All customers located in US Territories of Guam, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are charged $12.95 for shipping because they must be shipped via USPS priority mail.  

How do the subscription plans differ?

We have 4 options for our subscriptions! You can choose a month to month subscription that automatically renews each month at $39.99 and can be cancelled at anytime!

We also offer discounted subscription packages of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months! These packages are either paid in full the day of purchasing or broken down into a monthly payment for the legnth of the subscription. The discounted packages make this perfect gift even more affordable for our mamas-to-be! 

What is your cancellation policy?

We hope you never leave us, but if you do decide to cancel, you can do so by emailing us at Support@thebellyboxes.com.

Be sure to cancel BEFORE the 12th of the month (11:59pm CST on the 11th of the month), before we begin our monthly billing cycle and start prepping your next box for shipment.

Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.

Our 3, 6, 9 and 12 month packaged subscription plans are not eligible to be canceled. If you must cancel you will be charged a $25.00 USD cancelation fee.

What if I need to pause my subscription?

We can pause your subscription and have it start again the following month if you need to take a break!

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies?

We ship between the 4th & 8th of every month with the cut off being the last day of the prior month. Orders placed after the 1st of the current month will ship out between the 4th & 8th of the following month. Monthly re-bill is charged on the 15th of every month! 

For example: If you purchase your subscription on the 1st of January you will be charged that day on the 1st and you will receive your first box in February! You will not be charged a re-bill fee until February 15th after you have received your first box!

All shipping address changes must be made BEFORE the 20th of the month prior to shipment. This allows our customers a 5 day grace period from when they renew to make any changes and updates to their addresses. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if the address was not updated before the cutoff date. Please email Support@thebellyboxes.com with assistance in any shipping address changes.

Is shipping included?

No shipping is not included in the price of our boxes but we have set flat rates for our customers! All U.S. orders cost $7.95 to ship, US Territories of Guam, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are charged $12.95 for shipping because they must be shipped via USPS priority mail. International shipping cost $15.95 to ship.

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re billed?

The Belly Boxes is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards due to insufficient funds.

What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?

Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded you must email us at Support@thebellyboxes.com and request a refund.

We want to make sure your Belly Box is perfect, so we gladly replace any broken or defective items! Please take a photo of the damaged or defective item and send it to our customer support team at Support@thebellyboxes.com

  • If you received a shirt that does not fit properly we will happily exchange it with you for a new shirt as long as we have the new size available in stock.

  • Request for exchange must be made directly to The Belly Boxes at Support@thebellyboxes.com within 30 days of receiving the box.
